Assembles into tool without removal from the molding machine, with ¼-28 threads. Improved flow-center element provides increased gas flow over any previously available gas injector, plus self-cleaning capability. The A6SC Series Durajector is designed to provide a smaller overall body diameter for any application, requires no O-ring. Especially suited for tool applications where a smaller diameter is needed. AEGIS recommends the A4SC or A6SC Series for all new tool builds. Custom dimensions available. Durajectors™ are available only from AEGIS.

Stainless steel construction is normally only recommended when molding corrosive resins such as PVC or other flame retardant resins. This new product is designed to provide a smaller overall body diameter for any application, requires no O-ring. Especially suited for tool applications where a smaller diameter is needed.
